This old house in Coaldale is getting an entire exterior makeover. We've removed all the old siding and layers of stucco to get down to the plywood. Then we installed all new windows and one of the doors. After that we installed Ridgid insulation on the exterior of all the walls to add some serious r value to the efficiency rating of this home. Now we're installing all new cement fiber lap siding on all walls to really bring it up to date.

A few amazing shots by of this basement renovation we completed earlier this year. This one was a real treat. We got to do some epoxy flood coats on salvaged Douglas fir counter tops, Maple wrapping to dress up the posts, and some ship lap features on the walls and built-ins. We built in a new exercise room and painted as well.

Check out this deck we completely re-built earlier this summer. The old one had lots of rotten wood and it's lifespan had come to an end. All new structure and new composite decking so they can be maintenance free and enjoy this massive deck for many years to come.
