The previous owner left this basement bathroom in a state. Fan improperly installed, ceiling half finished, and nothing separating the unfinished utility space from the "finished" bathroom. The new owner called me to get this mess sorted out. I put up a new wall and mirrored bi-fold door, fixed the fan and ceiling, and finished it off with trim. Now this bathroom looks great, while still giving ample access to the utility room!
