As a renovation contractor problem-solving is our specialty! We thrive on challenges and always find creative solutions.

When planning began for our office we knew we wanted a collaborative work space where like-minded businesses could come together under one roof. The design included private offices for admin staff and flexible work stations for the Project Managers who come and go freely throughout the day.

The solution for flexible work stations was custom-milled standing-height desks placed in close proximity to the admin staff. Large glass openings allow natural light to filter into the flexible workspace and offices while maintaining a level of separation between the daily operations and our guest meeting areas.

Welcome to the CADO office where homey vibes come together with an industrial loft feel ✨️

When we set out on our search for a new office space we were determined to find a historical building with character and grit but never found quite what we were after, so being the creative renovators that we are we decided to bring history to us! Our collaboration with Chandra Laine Design to help bring this vision to life was in our opinion a huge success 👏🏼

Strategically placed reclaimed brick and lumber provide the vintage look that we were after, and large sections of glass allow warmth and openness while creating separation between the formal and informal meeting spaces. Carefully selected pieces of furniture give an eclectic vibe which compliment the feeling of history in the space and tie the whole design together.

We are looking for carpenters to join our team! If you have well rounded experience in the building industry, you are a second or third-year apprentice, or Journeyman Carpenter, we invite you to apply.

The new carpenter will be responsible to the Owners and Project Manager to help produce on-time, on-budget residential and commercial projects. As we are primarily a renovation company, experience with renovations and problem-solving are an asset. Applicant must be polite and courteous, we are working
in people’s homes and respectful communication with clients, trades, suppliers, and fellow employees is essential. It is important that the applicant can work independently for periods of time and as part of a small team. Experience with framing is an asset. We produce high-quality renovations and take pride in the work we do.
