EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
At Flush Masters Plumbing & Drains we are currently looking to fill an immediate residential 2nd or 3rd year position within our company.
Must have experience in brand new residential homes and service work for all plumbing services.
Must have:
~ Up to date tickets
~ Residential plumbing experience
~ Great customer service and personable (important)
~ Quick problem solving skills
~ Attention to detail
Responsibilities Include:
Reports to different work sites to complete required tasks/projects
Delivers quality, efficiency, productivity and safe work practices
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a clean environment
New construction, remodels, retrofits and repairs of interior and exterior structures
Ability to perform, lead and train in the assembly, installation and repair of pipes, fittings and fixtures of water and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Maintains and services tools and equipment used in the performance of duties
Uses power tools and hand tools specific to plumbing trade
Measure, cut, thread, solder and bend pipes to required angles using hand and power tools
Cleans and prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
Organizes plumbing materials as needed
Performs take-off / preconstruction on every project
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to understand plans and specifications efficiently
Understands written and verbal instructions
Able to operate hand and power tools
Able to identify and solve problems in the field
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other trades
Understands basic math
Understand building codes

Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in both rough and finished plumbing in commercial / industrial settings; applicable building and safety code requirements; methods and practices followed in the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
Layout, install, troubleshoot all forms of plumbing

REQUIREMENTS:
Flush Masters works in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment alongside multiple trades. Vehicle and tools are needed for consideration. May be required to respond to 24/7 emergency coverage as needed
Applicant must have a positive attitude towards change. Can identify the need, remove the barriers and has the know how to make things happen. Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people.
Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Personnel are expected to perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of material/product and standing throughout each shift.
