Job Titles:

Location: Lloydminster

Job Type: Casual, On-Call and Seasonal ( Winter ) with possible opportunity for year round employment.

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Snow Shovel Labourers for the upcoming busy snow season. This is physically demanding position crucial to ensuring our properties are safe and accessible.

Key Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License ( or equivalent ).
• Must be willing and able to show up on time, often on short notice ( especially overnight or early morning ).
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour, including heavy lifting, bending, and repetitive shovelling for extended periods in cold weather.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from various worksites.

Responsibilities:
• Manual shovelling of snow from sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas.
• Applying ice melt/salt as required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operating basic equipment ( snow blowers, back pack blowers, shovels, etc )
