This Canada / US trade war is truly mind numbing to discern what exactly is real in details.

Even as such, I have been able to determine tariffs should not apply to the SnirtStopper products.

So, if you need to seal up your garage or shop, but are worried about pricing skyrocketing, I can say fear not at the time of this post. I cannot determine the future though.

Right now, we are well stocked to help folks out with their Snirt issues. Orders to maintain stock levels and acquire non-regular sizes will have to happen with no tariffs, meaning stable pricing for customers at this time.

Just some simple overhead and man door bottom seals today a few miles east of Vermilion.

These folks had an insurance claim where mice got into a two week old vehicle.

The overhead door gap was greater than two inches in places. We had to use large BottomSealer on the 16' wide door. Regular BottomSealer was used on the 12' wide door.

While we were there, we sealed the bottoms of two man doors.

We spent the past couple days on a farm yard in rural Vermilion River County helping the owners out with their shop door seal Snirt issues.

We sealed up the bifold door on their cold storage shop to keep out the squirrels, mice, and even birds getting in and crapping on their equipment. This one was unique as it was the first time conditions permitted installation 100% on the door itself. It worked great.

Then, we "KY Modified" double sealed the three overhead doors on the main shop. The man door in the pics was never part of the original quote, but I could not do all the work on the overhead doors and keep looking at the 1.25 inches of daylight coming through the bottom of the man door. So, we applied BottomSealer to take care of it. In fact, the big JD tractor in the background of one of the pics had the cab torn apart due to mice invasion, nest, and babies. They made a mess that $2K in interior parts will fix. It was only luck that they didn't get into the wiring.

These are not new shops and have seen years of wear and tear of an active farm operation, but we were able to make them 100% better sealed than they were before we got there.

With the increase in number and complexity in folks requesting Snirt solutions, it is the appropriate time for the little "Snirt Mobile" trailer to get a little face-lift.

This is interesting...

This is the overhead door leading to the underground parking garage at a multimillion dollar condo complex in Lake Country, BC.

By observation, it appears the bottom seal of this door has had attempted fixes at least three times after installation. This has been judged by:

1) That is not the original retainer for that door.

2) There are three distinct styles of retainers screwed to the bottom of the door.

3) The retainers have been split and angled differently to try get the seal to contour to the concrete.

A lot of effort and cost has been applied to try fix this. None of which has worked to date.

I'd just install some XL SnirtStopper BottomSealer and call it done.
