Customer called us to have a look at an old rotted deck to find floor board rotted along with ledger plate. Removed rotted lumber and added new floor boards flashing tape, and cement board to allow for a water tight solution. Working with our customers to help with a budget doesn’t always look amazing but it will do the trick.
