Adding an elevator to an existing custom home is never “simple,” but the results speak for themselves. This curved‑glass elevator was seamlessly integrated into the architecture by reframing the floor system, relocating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas, and cutting into the concrete to allow the cab to sink properly. And while it is a new addition to an existing home, with a strategic approach and the skill of our talented team, it looks like it was always meant to be here.

You would be blown away by the amount of detail that goes in behind the scenes. This cottage renovation features an epic structural beam that spans the entire ceiling, all built around a welded steel A-frame that wraps front to back. Behind the walls, a custom steel support system carries the cantilever and keeps everything solid, secure, and engineered to last.

The things you can see are most definitely impressive, but so are things you can’t!

We've had a lot of fun working on this one and are excited to show it to you in all its beauty.

Never underestimate the power of an approved plan! When the plans are clear, the work is too. A quick stop at the new CCR headquarters reminded Peder just how dialed in the team really is; exactly how he’d want them to be on every project they tackle.

When we take on a whole home renovation, we just know we're going to have a hard time findiing our favourite room, and this home office space isn't making it any easier to decide.

The structural beams were incorporated when the garage addition for the cottage was built, but make for added aesthetic dimension in the interior design.

We have to give kudos to our carpentry team who did a phenomenal job throughout the home, but especially in this office. Just look at those custom built-ins!
