I've just recently learned how to cope, but it's not what you think! Lol. Coping is a Carpentry technique that improves the joinery on molding, rather than using miters. An old school skill I've always wanted to learn, just never got around to it. Still working on the other kind too! 🤪 Never too old to learn!

Another phase complete and on to the next! The tub is in, the tub/shower surround kit is in. I got and excellent deal on both so I was able to surprise the customer with a huge upgrade that could have raised the price substantially, but instead I passed the savings ($1000+) on to him.
Tools are organized and put away, daily clean-up is done.

Next up... Drywall Installation!

Getting the plumbing done and preparing for the new bathtub. When redoing a bathroom, always take the opportunity to inspect and replace any plumbing that needs it, especially the diverter itself! When I say we do everything in-house, I really mean it! I've spent 40 years honing the skills I use every day in every renovation and this bathroom remodel in London Ontario is no exception!
