Jacob, the owner started out when he was just 13 years old going around his neighborhood with a push lawn mower asking to cut saved up his money and by the next spring was able to buy his first riding lawn mower. as the summer went on he spring with the help of his father built a little trailer to tow behind the tractor and was able to go a little further in the neighborhood with more equipment .

As time has gone on with growth we now have several trucks, equipment, contracts, but the pride in workmanship, and passion of what is being done is still there.

J.B. Enterprises is currently hiring Commercial Grounds Maintenance & Landscape Crew Members. Applicants work on a Great crew of MEN & WOMAN involved in all aspects of grounds maintenance (i.e. grass cutting, garden maintenance, and landscaping ( plantting, sodding & mulching ). Wages range between $18-$21.00/hour based on experience, skills and positions. Year round employment is available. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

· *MUST have a driver's license and mode of transportation to get to and from the shop.

· Working knowledge of equipment and tools: zero turn and walk-behind mowers, line trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand tools.

· Ability to take direction well, and work in a team environment.

· Strong work ethic

· Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance preferred

April-November: Monday-Friday, daily start time is 7:00AM *Winter hours will vary*

Physical Demands of Landscaping:

• Frequent machine operation, the use of hands/fingers and legs to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials

• Frequent requirement to be on your feet, standing, walking, lifting and/or moving 50+ lbs with assistance

• Working outdoors in all types of weather and exposure to the elements

• Working in proximity to heavy/moderate noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment or machinery, proximity to electrical energy, exposure to tools and machines used in the construction industry

While experience is an asset, Eager individuals with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment will be at an advantage.

It has been a non-stop month of many sleepless nights and days as winter threw us back to back days of plowing bigger snow falls, lots of salting salting salting to removals and relocates to allow more snow Thankful for the AWESOME snow fighting GUYS & GALS that fight the elements.
As most;we are ready for spring 🤣

*valid drivers licence
* At least 1 year experience plowing in a pickup
*clean abstract
*cell phone
*own car or transportation to get to our shop in London

Drivers must be available 24/7 plowing commercial properties in London . Drivers will be paid an hourly competitive rate
depending on experience.

Job would also be good for someone retired looking for a few hours of work when it snows

Job could lead to full time in summer.
