Successful candidate must have valid license and own transport to and from work. Must be able to tow & reverse a trailer. Will be reliable, trustworthy and available for immediate start. Previous experience is an asset.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
-Packing in/out contents.
-Performing demolition including but not limited to: removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc
-Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted.
-Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted.
The successful candidate will be able to:
-Provide excellent customer service
-Work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
-Must be able to work after-hours and on holidays as required.
-Must be able to take part in on-call rotating emergency schedule (evenings, weekends & public holidays).
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in construction or cleaning up water damage is preferred but not essential
-Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
-Written and verbal communication skills.
-Full Driver's License.
-Be able to tow and reverse a trailer.
