Moody, cinematic, and designed for music lovers.

This speakeasy-inspired basement renovation features rich blue-green millwork, a hidden secret door, layered lighting, and a custom walnut bar designed for entertaining.

Winner of the 2025 London ACE Award for Best Renovation Under $100,000, the space was created as a warm and immersive retreat filled with vinyl, collected pieces, and personal touches - including Bug the cat. 🐈

Meet Brodie!

Brodie has been part of the Clay team since January 2023 as a Journeyperson Carpenter. With his Red Seal certification, he takes pride in his craftsmanship and is a valued part of the apprenticeship program, where he enjoys mentoring and supporting the next generation of tradespeople.

Outside of work, Brodie enjoys playing guitar, spending time on the water in Bobcaygeon fishing and swimming, and backcountry camping with his German Shepherd and family.
