Phase 1 of Westside Residences at Central Park has officially broken ground!

Located in Leamington, this 6-storey building includes 107 residential units as part of a larger multi-phase development. The project will feature covered parking, indoor amenity and fitness spaces, an outdoor pool, and a landscaped parkette at the roundabout.
Looking forward to seeing this project take shape as construction progresses.
