Wow the scammers have upped their game. Now they are using my name Jamie to call people. I had a customer call me to report this. The caller said that they were "Jamie from Home Comfort Center". The phone number that they called from was 416-201-6987. I tried calling it and I got a person who barely spoke English and they hung up on me. I think that their number is being spoofed by the scammers.
I am currently making calls to remind our customers about their routine maintenance for furnaces that were installed in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022 and 2024. This is for people who have furnaces with a warranty with us on their Goodman furnace.

Hi everyone!! We are now booking furnace maintenance in to November. We have been happily busy the past 2 weeks and John's schedule is pretty full. We can fit in emergency no heat calls but I won't be booking maintenance appointments unless it's in November or December. Thank you to all of our loyal customers - we appreciate you.

Your Inca Metal Cutting gas fireplace is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This covers: combustion chambers, heat exchangers and burners
as well as stainless steel parts against tarnishing.
Electrical (110 volt and millivolt) components and wearable parts such as blowers, gas valves, thermal
switches, switches, wiring, remote controls, igniters, gaskets, glass (thermal damage only) and pilot
assemblies are covered for 1 year and Inca Metal Cutting will provide replacement parts free of charge during
the first year of the limited warranty

This is the warranty specifications for a Savannah Grand/Champion gas fireplace insert. I'm posting this because of a customer's unrealistic expectation for a 10 year old fireplace insert.

The manufacture's of the products we sell and install all have different and specific warranties. We try our best to let our customers know what the warranty is that comes with the product they buy from us. All warranty information is in the booklet that should be left with you or you can look online if for some reason a booklet wasn't left for you.

I hope that this post will help as a reference for people who have bought products from us or are thinking of buying from us.

Just a reminder to our customers who have bought a furnace within the last 10 years - Goodman requires a routine maintenance to be done once every 2 years in order to maintain the warranty. We have lots of spaces left in February if you want to book an appointment. It's also good practice to do a maintenance on furnaces that are over 10 years old - it doesn't matter what brand it is we service them all.
