🌳 13 New Trees for Mahone Bay! 🌳

We were thrilled to work cooperatively with the Town of Mahone Bay on a tree-planting initiative to help make our community a little greener! 🌿

Together, we planted 13 new trees throughout Mahone Bay, helping to grow our community’s urban tree canopy, support local biodiversity, and create a greener, healthier environment for generations to come. 🌎💚

At Rains Inc., we believe that investing in our environment is an investment in our community’s future. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of this initiative and look forward to watching these trees grow for years to come!

Here’s to planting roots and growing a greener tomorrow! 🌱

💍 A Little Wedding Break! 💍

As many of you may know, our owners, Jon & Caroline, are getting married this weekend! 🤍

Just a friendly reminder that Rains Inc. will be closed from September 3rd through September 8th while they take some time away to celebrate, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy this very special chapter together.

During this time, calls, messages, and emails may go unanswered, but we promise we haven’t forgotten about you! We’ll begin getting back to everyone once we reopen next week.

We are incredibly thankful for all of our wonderful clients and truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and respect for this time away. Now it’s time to get these two married! 🥂💍🤍

Have you ever moved into a new home and felt like something was missing? That’s exactly how our clients felt. While they loved their new property, they missed the beautiful gardens they had enjoyed at their previous homes.

The existing lawn struggled to grow, water runoff was washing away soil, and they were looking for a long-term solution that would add both beauty and function to their landscape.

After a few weeks of hard work, planning, and installation, this transformation is finally complete—and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From improved drainage and erosion control to stunning new garden spaces, this property now feels like home.

Thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with your vision. We can’t wait to see everything fill in and flourish over the coming seasons! 🌿✨

There’s nothing we love more than seeing a fresh hardscaping project glistening in the sun! ☀️✨

This newly built home finally feels complete. With beautiful new hardscaping and fresh landscaping to tie everything together, we were able to add warmth, character, and a much-needed pop of colour to the property.

A big thank you to caseyconcrete and oakslandscapeproducts for supplying fantastic products and providing excellent service throughout the project. We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out! 😍

Sometimes all it takes is a few thoughtful changes to completely transform a property’s curb appeal! 🌿

Our clients were tired of their drainage ditch taking away from the front of their home, so we gave it a cleaner, more polished look that blends beautifully with the landscape. We also refreshed the front garden bed with new plants to add colour, texture, and year-round interest.

The result? A front yard that’s functional, inviting, and much better suited to the home. We loved bringing this vision to life!

🌱 Thinking about giving your property a refresh? We’d be happy to help.

Just bought a new home but feeling overwhelmed by the landscaping? 🌿🏡

Our client purchased this home over the winter and, as move-in day approached, wanted the outside to be just as beautiful as the stunning renovations inside. We were happy to help bring the property back to life!

We tackled the overgrown garden beds and hillside, repaired the existing paver patios, and finished everything off with fresh polymeric sand to give the patios a clean, refreshed look. The result is a property that’s ready to be enjoyed all season long.

If your new home could use a fresh start, we’d love to help make it happen!

Sometimes all a patio needs is a little refresh to make a big impact! ✨

We gave these two paver patios a new lease on life by lifting and repairing areas that had settled, re-grading the bottom of the driveway for better drainage, and applying fresh polymeric sand to lock everything back into place.

To finish it all off, we added a beautiful new garden bed around the front boxwoods, giving the entrance a clean, polished look that really enhances the curb appeal. 🌿

It’s amazing what a few thoughtful improvements can do to make an outdoor space look and function like new again!

Some projects are all about the plants, and some are all about highlighting something special. 🌿✨

For this project, we completely overhauled our client’s statue garden to create a landscape that complements and showcases this incredible piece of art. With fresh plantings, defined garden beds, and a clean new look, the statue is now the true focal point it was always meant to be.

We love creating spaces that tell a story and bring attention to the features that matter most to our clients. What a transformation!
