15 trees down and phase one of this new parking area opened up! 🌲

We hustled to get this one wrapped up before the rain. While quoting the job, we also noticed the hemlocks out front were suffering from Hemlock Woolly Adelgid, so we took care of those while we were on site before they became a bigger problem.

Logs were left for firewood, with some of the nicer timber saved for milling.

We show up aiming for 5-star work every time — and these customers knew the mission, leaving us another ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review!

Ten hazardous trees removed in a single day on Heckmans Island.

Nine dying pines beside the house and one large dead spruce near the septic field were safely removed, chipped, cleaned up, and hauled away using our Easy Lift spider lift, forestry bucket truck, Bandit 15” chipper, mini excavator with grapple, two chip trucks, and an experienced crew.

With hurricane season approaching, now is the time to remove hazardous trees before strong winds do it for you.

Another great day with the Easy Lift at Lake Mushamush.

Built for places a bucket truck can’t reach, the Easy Lift gave us safe access to remove a hazardous dead beech tree near overhead powerlines, several other dead and declining beech trees, a dead birch, and deadwood multiple mature trees around the property—including a beautiful oak along the waterfront.

🌲 Hazard Tree Removal in Chester 🌲

We recently completed the removal of 7 dead spruce trees from a heavily landscaped mature garden in Chester.

With established gardens, ornamental plantings, and limited access, protecting the surrounding landscape was just as important as removing the hazardous trees. Using a combination of our Easy Lift spider lift and climbing techniques, we carefully dismantled each tree piece by piece while minimizing impact to the property.

All brush and smaller material was carried by hand to the chipper to reduce traffic through the gardens and keep our footprint as light as possible. The resulting wood chips were left on-site for future gardening projects, while larger wood that couldn’t be chipped was hauled away.

This project is a great example of how the right equipment, experience, and planning can safely remove hazardous trees while preserving the beauty of the landscape around them.

AMPED TREE REMOVAL 🌲⚡

Last week, our team was on site in Oakland, Nova Scotia, helping keep properties protected and families safe.

This spruce had large vertical cracks running up the centre… a clear sign of serious internal stress and structural weakness. Even more concerning, the tree was leaning toward a child’s bedroom.

We also found an old clothesline wrapped into the tree. Foreign objects can lead to decay, damage, and long-term structural issues.

When in doubt, have it checked out.

These two hazardous trees were only a few inches from the garage while overhanging the building. We set our Easy Lift spider lift up in the front yard and reached up and over the building to safely take them down piece by piece.

Having the right equipment makes all the difference on jobs like this, allowing us to work safely while keeping impact to the property to a minimum.

Finished this project up in two stages this week.

Our crew safely removed the trees on Tuesday, then returned Thursday to grind the stumps below grade to help make room for a new fence installation and create a cleaner, more usable yard space for the homeowners.

A lot of people underestimate how much of a difference stump grinding makes once the trees are gone. It really opens the property up and makes future landscaping and maintenance much easier.
