A tailored banquette and curated fabrics create a warm and comfortable dining space that functions just as beautifully for entertaining guests over good food and conversation as it does as a cozy nook for morning coffee with a good book, settling in with a laptop, or spreading out a favourite hobby and simply enjoying the space.

Our latest project reveal - Warm Cape Remodel

Warm Cape embraces the character of a traditional East Coast home while introducing a softer, more collected approach to modern living. Original wide plank pine floors, custom cabinetry, natural wood tones, warm metals, and layered textures create a kitchen that feels both timeless and lived-in. This space balances coastal charm with a relaxed organic warmth designed for everyday life.

Welcome to our Cape Retreat Bathroom project.

Custom tiled flooring, white oak, marble-inspired finishes, soft white cabinetry, and polished metals create a bright and timeless coastal space.

The walk-in glass shower, custom double vanity, and warm wood accents bring together classic materials and clean lines that feel right at home on Nova Scotia's South Shore.

One of the most unique features of this project is the flooring. The tile pattern was custom designed specifically for this space, creating a look you won't find off the shelf. Arthur also handcrafted both the vanity and the linen cabinet, bringing custom millwork and craftsmanship into every detail of the room.

In addition to the bathroom renovation, we updated the laundry/powder room with new flooring, custom laundry storage cabinetry, and a wall-mounted sink that adds both function and character to the space.

2 NEW Designer Roller Shades by Hunter Douglas. Semi Opaque, Literise Cordless Lifting System. Square Cassette Headrail wrapped in fabric.
Fabric: Isabela. Colour: Gray Mist

This fabric is beautiful and goes well with soft neutrals and soft coastal palettes.

Total 2 Blinds - same size.
Inside Mount. Size: 82 3/8" x 58 3/8"

One blind has more visible natural fabric slubs on the headrail, as well as a small fray on the edge. See picture.

The other blind had a blemish on the shade but has since been cleaned and it is no longer visible. Picture shows a mark on the top of the blind where it was dinged in storage but this sits against the window jamb and is not seen.

These blinds were installed but taken down when blemishes were noticed during the initial install with client.

Comes with all mounting hardware.

Retailed over $1200 per blind.
