Mansard roofs: big on style, tricky on slope. 🏠

A mansard roof adds usable square footage, classic architectural elegance, and even the option of a rooftop terrace or flat-top integration. But those shallow slopes make it hard to get a roof that’s both beautiful and effective.

This classic East Coast home features:

✔️ 1.5" mechanically seamed panels with striations
✔️ 17 custom colour-matched roof vents
✔️ 8 window dormers, custom wrapped by our team

As both a manufacturer and a service provider, we handle the entire process from start to finish. No middleman, and endless custom fabrication options at our fingertips.

Panel Profile: 1.5" Mechanically Seamed Standing Seam
Material: 24-gauge Galvalume (Zinc Aluminum Alloy)
Finish: PVDF — Weathered Zinc

Mechanically seamed panels were selected for their enhanced structural integrity and superior resistance to wind uplift and water infiltration — ideal for this property's coastal location. The 24ga PVDF finish ensures decades of color retention and corrosion resistance, protecting the investment while complementing the home's classic farmhouse exterior.

We had the pleasure of sponsoring Hole #18 at this year’s Chestico Days Golf Tournament held at beautiful Dundee Golf Course! ⛳️

A huge shoutout to the organizers for putting together this fantastic event. It was a great day of golf, community, and fun!

And talk about excitement… one lucky golfer came this close to taking home the $10,000 hole-in-one prize! 🤯 Check out the photo to see just how close they were!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our hole and helped make the day such a success. We’re already looking forward to next year!
