We are looking for hardworking and energetic individuals to help with lawn care maintenance, landscaping and remodeling projects. The job requires a significant amount of physical labour, so you should be in good physical condition and comfortable using basic tools much as a mower, string trimmer and leaf blower. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside in a team-oriented environment and wants to gain valuable experience in the lawn care/landscaping industry. We focus mainly on routine lawn maintenance.

Industrial Property Services (IPS) is a property maintenance company that has been maintaining many retail and commercial properties in the GTA for over 40 Years. IPS has the highest standard of safety, with our employee’s well-being a top priority. We follow all COVID protocols.

We are a very well established property maintenance company working within the GTA and we are looking to hire some summer personnel. We are based in Markham; applicants need to be responsible for their transportation to and from the yard everyday. You need to have a positive work attitude and be able to work well in a team environment. Hours are mainly Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 4PM, the occasional Saturday may be required. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds. A valid G-class drivers license would be an asset.

Job Duties:
• Grass Cutting & Trimming
• Garden Maintenance

Equipment training as well as health and safety training will be provided to successful applicants.

There are some full-time year-round positions available.

Industrial Property Services is a property maintenance company that has been maintaining many retail and commercial properties in the GTA for over 40 Years. Winter is our busiest time of year as many of our clients are emergency services and high priority properties. During the winter months we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We are looking to hire 1 to 2 part time office assistants for the season. This job is ideal for a student or someone looking to make some extra money through the winter.

Job Duties:
Reviewing job logs for completion and accuracy
Data Entry
Basic Reception Duties
-Receive and screen telephone calls and emails
-Direct calls, messages and emails appropriately

Qualifications:
Punctual and reliable
Detail Oriented
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Possess a positive attitude
Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment, but also excel in a quiet work environment always maintaining accuracy
Available Evenings & Weekends
Hours & Schedule:
We will work with your schedule as best as we can, but the basic hours are Monday – Friday 3pm-7pm Saturday & Sunday 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm. We are very flexible with your schedule and these hours are split between two to three employees. Weekday hours are more flexible than weekend hours.
The job typically runs from Early December to Early April, weather depending.
