WIth the increasingly popular downsizing trend among baby boomers, we were called to assist one lovely family whose parents were not only doing just that, but moving into their newly purchased home's basement. The walk-out basement backs onto a gorgeous ravine view, so it was up to us to fix the patchwork layout so we could make the inside as beautiful as the outside.

A young family who recently moved into a Toronto home called us to help rescue their empty living & dining room. Featuring a palette of navy, greys and touches of gold the result is a polished but warm space.

Our absolutely awesome clients trusted me with the dream task of completely redesigning their 3000 sf new home, with only one direction: "Modern but not cold." I ran with that direction by creating and designing a home with clean lines, warm finishes and subtle design details. The total gut job and finishing of the basement took only 2 months of construction to complete. Our thanks to Kevin Chan for taking great photos!
