Today, we are shining the spotlight on Samantha, the newest Merchandiser to join The Reset Team! Hailing from Wi******er, Ontario, Samantha has hit the ground running and is already bringing fantastic energy to our projects.

What she loves about TRT: For Samantha, it’s all about the people. She credits her "truly amazing" coworkers for making her transition into the company smooth, welcoming, and collaborative right from day one.

A familiar skill set: While she is new to the TRT family, Samantha isn't new to the role. She brings valuable prior merchandising experience to the table—know-how that is already making an impact on the job site.

Outside the office: When she isn't merchandising, Samantha is a big wrestling fan and loves catching the latest matches. She also enjoys unwinding after a productive shift by heading home to spend quality time with her dogs.

Words of wisdom: Samantha’s advice for fellow newcomers is both practical and reassuring: “Don’t let it overwhelm you—if you’re not sure, just ask.”

Say hello to Julia Boychuk, our newest team member, who has just begun her third week with The Reset Team as a Merchandiser. Originally from Estonia, Julia brings a fresh perspective along with a calm, focused approach to her work.

When asked what she has enjoyed most so far, Julia shared that she appreciates the opportunity to put her skills to good use and looks forward to discovering more as she settles into her role.

Outside of work, Julia describes herself as an introvert who enjoys spending time with a good book and continuously expanding her knowledge. Her ideal way to unwind after a shift is simple—relaxing and spending quality time with her dogs.
A fun fact her coworkers may not expect: Julia can’t whistle—at all.

If she had a theme song for walking onto a job site, it would be “Twilight Zone” by Golden Earring, reflecting a touch of mystery in her personality.

One piece of advice Julia lives by: “The world will not treat you better just because you are a good person.” A thoughtful and grounded perspective she carries into both her work and daily life.

Originally from Calgary and raised in BC's Okanagan Valley, Kate is our new easygoing and optimistic team member. She’s quickly adapted over the past month, valuing the job's variety, teamwork, and growth opportunities.

Kate keeps her approach simple: stay present and avoid overthinking. Her calm, steady philosophy, both on and off the job, is captured in her favourite line from an Eagles song: "Take it easy, don’t let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy."

Here's a fun fact that might surprise you: Kate once had all of John Mulaney’s stand-up specials memorized. So, if you hear a perfectly timed joke on site, it's likely a well-practiced delivery!
