This home started with a closed-off, dated layout that just wasn't working for the family anymore. We opened things up, brought in modern lighting, and created a bright, connected space for cooking, gathering, and everyday life.

This kitchen was dark, cramped, and blocked from the natural light outside.

By relocating the pantry and fridge, enlarging the patio-door window, and reworking the appliance layout, the space now feels brighter and more functional. Warm brown and blue tones complement the crisp white cabinetry and light engineered wood flooring.

Thoughtful details include a custom Dutch door, La Cornue stove, unlacquered brass hardware, apron-front sink, bridge faucet, custom window coverings, and pendant lights over the island.

We've built a lot of living spaces. This one we won't forget.

We converted a single-car garage into a fully accessible living suite for our client's adult son, and we designed it the way we'd design any room worth living in. Curbless shower, wide entryways, reachable cabinetry, a kitchen he uses independently every day. It's now a place he's proud to call home.
