Pho Anh Vu Yonge-Finch, the vibrant Vietnamese restaurant in North York, beautifully crafted by 7K Design, has been delighting guests for over a week now!

Immerse yourself in the unique ambiance inspired by Vietnamese street scenes and everlasting landscapes. As you step in, the entrance mirrors the charm of Vietnam's ancient town, with streets adorned in varying shades of yellow, gleaming under the warm glow of lights. The restaurant boasts peach-hued flowers, lush greenery, and gently swaying bamboo lanterns, painting a picture of Vietnam's exotic allure.

We've designed an abundance of comfortable seating, including long tables perfect for gatherings. Bathed in the soft radiance of yellow lights, lose track of time and the hustle of daily life and savour every moment indulging in delicious cuisine.

Occupying nearly half the space, the kitchen area is semi-hidden, giving chefs privacy while letting you catch a glimpse of their busy work through service hatches. It enhances your dining experience, immersing you in the vibrant kitchen atmosphere.

❄️ As the weather gets colder, outdoor play becomes a bit tricky for the kids. Instead of braving the chill, how about turning your home into an indoor playground? It's the perfect way for the whole family to stay warm and connected during the winter.

🌟 We've transformed this nearly 10-foot-high basement into a lively indoor playground, ensuring winter is nothing short of delightful for the entire family.

❤️ Infused with warm natural wood tones and refreshing blue-green hues, we've created a playful atmosphere in the indoor playground. Considering the boundless energy of kids, we've specially designed a climbing wall, hanging ropes, and two small lofts connected by a suspended bridge, allowing the little ones to run around freely.

❤️ Along the walls, our grid-style shelves provide ample space for children's toys, books, and other sundries. This not only keeps the room tidy but also serves as the perfect spot to showcase your kids' crafts, trophies or other treasures, making it their own little haven.

❤️ No playground is complete without some fun parties, we've added a spinning slide, a ball pit, and an Indian teepee to create a secret base for the kids. In another cozy corner, whimsical chairs and a large TV offer more choices for the children's get-togethers, adding an extra splash of colour. Plus, it's a comfy space for the whole family to enjoy movies together, creating warm and cherished moments.

🔵 Secondary Suite

🌟With the continuous rise in housing prices, renting has become the preferred choice for many. For homeowners, owning a Secondary Suite has become a simple and effective investment strategy. Maximizing the use of extra space not only increases additional income but also enhances the overall value of the property, achieving multiple benefits in property investment.

❤️A Secondary Suite is an independent living space within your residential unit equipped with a complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and so on. This independent space can be rented out, providing others with a separate living environment.

💰Development Fee Waiver Policy:
If your property is located in the R Zone area, you are eligible to construct one Secondary Suite, and the associated costs can be waived. For other types of detached houses, semi-detached houses, or townhouses, the cost of one Secondary Suite can also be exempted.

Residential Requirements:
❤️1. Every Secondary Suite outside Toronto must have an independent parking space to ensure residents' convenience in transportation. Your residence must have at least three parking spaces, with two directly accessing the road.

❤️2. Whether the Secondary Suite is on the ground or in the basement, it must comply with clear window regulations.

❤️3. For residences aged five years or more, if the Secondary Suite is on the ground, half of the ceiling height must be at least 6'8'' (2.03m), while in the basement, the ceiling height must be at least 6'4 3/4'' (1.95m).

❤️4. Secondary Suites have specific requirements for fire safety, escape routes, etc., ensuring residential safety. Different types of housing may have different requirements.

❤️5. The area of all Secondary Suites must be less than 45% of the entire residence, and each living area must meet specific standards.

⚒️Renovation Steps:
1. All detached houses, semi-detached houses, or townhouses must meet the requirements for constructing a Secondary Suite. We can assist you in submitting review applications to the government.
2. Prepare floor plans, our SevenkDesign team will design the Secondary Suite for you and prepare construction drawings, and other relevant documents.
3. Apply for a building permit from the government and await approval.
4. Once approved, construction can commence.

🌟 MagicPow Academy is not just a ski destination; it's a vibrant hub for ski enthusiasts. It's more than just a place to break a sweat; it's where you can make friends who share the love for skiing and exchange stories.

❤️ As you enter, be greeted by white and deep blue walls that transport you to the heart of snow. The blue walls, adorned with LED lights outlining snowy mountains, create a visual delight for your skiing journey.

❤️ Adding to the ambiance, vibrant orange has been chosen as the theme color. These orange lines not only complement the MagicPow Academy's logo but also fill the space with warmth and vitality, sparking your passion for skiing.

❤️ Above the front desk, we've seamlessly integrated ski boards into the design, covering the entire ceiling. This design not only emphasizes the ski theme but also immerses you in a rich ski culture. The chandelier, featuring metallic elements and the colour orange, adds a modern touch, creating a trendy vibe.

❤️ In terms of layout, we've meticulously planned each area's functions, creating a space for communication and interaction. It not only provides a comfortable setting for conversation but also seamlessly combines sports and socializing. Whether you're working out or socializing, you can make friends, expand your social circle, and revel in the joy of skiing.

We want to share our kid's room design with you!

🌟In our latest design showcase, Sevenkdesign proudly upholds the principles of "Montessori Education," placing children's needs at the heart of our creations. We've crafted spaces that nurture kids' independence, tailored to their habits and preferences.

👧 Girl's Room
❤️We've embraced soft and elegant tones, skillfully blending light brown and pale pink, adorned with white accents. The result? A clean, tidy, and warmly vibrant atmosphere. We've designed a chic vanity inside this children's haven because every girl loves a touch of glamour. Two pink flower-shaped carpets and a sofa next to the desk add a touch of softness and comfort to the room.

👦 Boy's Room
❤️In the boy's room, our designers played with cream-white and deep brown walls. We intentionally created a recessed design on the brown wall, embedding LED light strips. City skylines, cartoon car shapes, and a small Native Indian tent on the wall bring a playful touch to the room. A desk by the window allows kids to enjoy the view outside while unwinding after study time.

Our focus on simple yet functional layouts in both kids' rooms makes it easy for children to use and organize their space. The sevenkdesign team also ensured ample room for imagination and creativity, allowing kids to decorate their spaces and make them their own. We believe in fostering a sense of belonging for children in their homes. 🏡✨

🔵Discover a distinctive living experience in this light-coloured wooden-style home. Upon entering, a foyer cabinet and subtly grey glass delineate the foyer, guiding you to a modest living space adorned with a simple white carpet and unassuming sofas for a touch of comfort.

❤️Traverse through to the dining room and kitchen passage, where a practical storage cabinet with a mirrored finish acts as a discreet barrier, ensuring kitchen privacy. The kitchen adopts a calming gray-green wood colour scheme, demarcated by a functional island and a casually placed dining table. A scattering of unpretentious chandeliers adds a hint of warmth to the dining area.

❤️Ingeniously utilizing the dividing wall, we've incorporated the wall shelves between the living and dining spaces, offering both storage functionality and a subtle aesthetic touch.

❤️Since the roof of the master room is a traditional roof, we used dark green striped wall panels and wood colour to create a natural feel of the forest and give it a relaxed atmosphere of returning to nature.

❤️Descend to the basement, unveiling a tranquil setting with blue-gray walls and pristine white wooden floors. Experience a unique fusion of a compact living room and an open-concept gym, challenging conventional design norms with a harmonious blend of fitness and relaxation.

⚒️At SevenKDesign, we've shattered the stereotypes of traditional physiotherapy centers.

🌟Our design philosophy revolves around creating a serene and comfortable space for patients while also ensuring a convenient and welcoming workplace for our staff.

❤️Our design showcases soothing neutral tones with the gentle vibrancy of blue and green accent walls, complemented by refreshing touches of greenery, evoking a spa-like atmosphere.

❤️Bathed in natural sunlight streaming through expansive windows, the therapy rooms are designed to invigorate the spirit. With adjustable light fixtures, we can customize the mood for each patient.

❤️Glass partitions instill a sense of modern elegance, broadening the space and amplifying brightness. Our smart, adjustable curtain system guarantees privacy and comfort, allowing patients to fully relax during their treatments.

🌟🌟Join us for the exciting grand opening of Pho anh Vu restaurant on Yonge Street. Our team is proud to have handled the permit application, design, and renovation for this Vietnamese restaurant.

Our goal when designing this restaurant was to create an environment where you could enjoy not just wonderful Vietnamese cuisine but also immerse yourself in Vietnam culture and surroundings. We concentrated on using natural features to bring the essence of Vietnam inside.

❤️We drew inspiration from the Bauhinia flower, a common sight in Vietnam, and the colour yellow, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune in Vietnamese culture. These elements played a central role in the restaurant's design. The vibrant magenta of the Bauhinia flower and lively yellow murals provide the restaurant with a visual appeal reminiscent of the vibrant streets of Vietnam.

❤️Inside the restaurant, you'll discover an abundance of green plants and captivating Vietnamese landscape paintings on the walls, creating an atmosphere where you can relish the view of Vietnam.

❤️We paid attention to detail, even in the choice of bamboo sieves and lanterns, adding a touch of aesthetics to the lighting and ceiling. Bamboo curtains on the sides complete the Vietnamese ambiance. We also integrated deep green, and yellow accents, and wood-grained furniture to offer you a unique dining experience where you can savour delicious food while immersing yourself in Vietnamese culture.

❤️Regarding the layout, in addition to the tables on both sides, we've introduced three spacious dining tables in the middle of the restaurant, each separated by small potted plants. This arrangement creates a welcoming space, ideal for family gatherings and friendly get-togethers. Don't forget to explore our lovely patio dining area, where you can enjoy your meal in the sunlight and even host various events.

⛳ Congratulations to GOLF IT UP on its grand opening!

❤ Our Sevenkdesign team is deeply honoured to have been involved in applying for permits and providing indoor and outdoor design for this GOLF IT UP golf club. As a comprehensive indoor golf course, GOLF IT UP integrates the concepts of socializing and sports, which is to enjoy the fun of golf, make new friends, and promote a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, our sevenkdesign team created a unique place that blends leisure, entertainment, and social interaction.

❤ The GOLF IT UP venue is approximately 6,000 square feet in size and was once Montana's BBQ & Bar. When designing the golf club, we focused on modernity and practicality, so we preserved some of the original designs, including the open ceiling and a historically significant vintage pickup truck. The visible beam structure and exposed pipes, mixed with wood and metal, allowed us to create a unique modern and industrial style that highlighted the building's distinctiveness. Circular light fixtures resembling golf balls brighten the area, perfectly harmonizing with the golf-themed atmosphere.

❤ We also kept and transformed the original bar space, integrating it with the ambiance of the golf site through redesign. This bar area offers guests a great setting not just for golf but also for watching sports events, engaging in social contacts, and enjoying the atmosphere of a sports bar.

❤️ We divided the golf club into a main hall area and multiple private rooms. In the main hall area, people have more opportunities to interact with others, make new friends, enjoy the pleasures of golf, and build connections. In the private rooms, customers can enjoy more privacy, engage in golf activities, and relax with casual entertainment. Moreover, the large private rooms are equipped with KTV and movie facilities, ideal for leisure gatherings with friends and family.

❤️In terms of colour, we chose black as the primary colour and combined it with the wooden buildings inside the club. This mix resulted in a distinct style that combines the functionality of an industrial aesthetic with a pleasant atmosphere. The contrast between black and wood highlights the clear lines of the wooden structures while adding depth and a touch of modern fashion to the space.

Our Sevenkdesign team is proud of the design for GOLF IT UP and looks forward to this club becoming the golf enthusiasts' ideal location, which they will eagerly recommend to others.
