Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. An etransfer or Cheque is given at the end of the shift (no holdbacks).

Candidate must be flexible on start and finish times and be able to get themselves to 90 Esna Park Drive, Markham.

Must have proper snow equipment (such as boots, hat, winter gloves, winter coat, etc. and spares also a good idea).

We are looking for both part-time and full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Members and Landscape Laborers’ to join our high energy team. The pay range we are offering is $16.00 to $21.00 an hour based on experience and position. Crew Leader position also available.
We offer employee incentives, shift bonus and competitive wages.
We also offer on the job training and mentoring.
* Note: Snowplowing, salting, shoveling work is available to those wanting employment over the winter months.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining Commercial and/or Residential landscapes such as lawns and gardens.
Modifying the terrain of a property in several ways (i.e., laying mulch, sod, etc.).
Safely operate all vehicles and equipment (if applicable) including: 21” and 36” mowers, power hedge shears, trimmers, backpack blowers, and aerators; in accordance with Husky Landscaping Services “Safety Policies”.
Possible duties include, but are not limited to mowing, raking, w**ding, shearing, edging, hand pruning, hedge pruning, fertilizing, and aerating.
Always abide by Husky Landscaping Services “Code of Conduct”.
Working efficiently and safely alongside fellow crew members.

Required Skills:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Able to perform the physical aspects of the position.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with staff and clients.
Effectively follow instruction from Crew Leaders.
Basic understanding of plant and w**d identification.
Reliable, consistent, and punctual.
Attention to detail.
