Out with the old and in with the new to us truck ! One of our many spring projects is coming along nicely! Jaxon and Jim Gillies are the doing a fine job making it happen ! Thanks Gary Bowser for the pictures, I’m sure there will be more as the project progresses!

MacKay’s Garage Ltd. Is currently looking to hire an experienced grader operator for the 2026 construction season. Most of the work involves grading forestry roads, lanes and private roads in South Western New Brunswick. Pickup truck with fuel tank and tools provided. Operator is required to do daily maintenance which includes greasing , fluid checks , keeping machine clean etc. and minor repairs when required. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, with very good attention to detail. Operator will be working alone in remote locations most of the time . It is required to be able to read maps, paper and tablet. Average of 50 hours per week. The ability and willingness to operate other equipment would be plus. Hourly wage to be discussed and will be based on experience and skill. We have graders with joystick controls as well as the conventional mechanical controls. Our graders are fairly new and well maintained. There is potential for year around work for the right candidate.
