Hello and sorry for the bad news update here:
For starting April 14th we’ve got a 10% increase letter on all roofing material costs hammered on us and it sounds like other companies that use the good materials also we have talked with have got the same issue letter. The material in stock will remain at the same price as before april 14th, until they are gone. So if you need to get your roof done and done correctly with a company that REFUSES to hire other companies you wouldn’t want to do your roof for dirt cheap labour costs under the disguise of who you thought you hired, please message us on here or call us at 888-580-2524. We apologize for how this is all playing out in this country. We wish there was somebody that could resolve this issue for us contractors and you customers and citizens, as if they take it out on us contractors further, the whole system will be in a devastating state which Is easy for all to forecast. So let’s just hope for the best as we all maneuver through this in the soon coming months.
But as it stands right now the sooner you book your roof the cheaper it will be by a much larger margin. Come April 14th, the good products will cost more money. We don’t want you stuck with using cheap manufacturers materials and bogus warranties that are voided due to improper installs because of a bump in the road and ruin your chance at having a great roof due to this, well…… garbage. But we will work with you to get as much help as you can get as we weave around this obstacle for you if you contact us after April 14th also. But the sooner the better for every customer. We apologize for this large inconvenience. It’s hard to install high end materials plus use high end labour installations with our workers we have that we will stay true to and not ever cut corners while getting hit with more punishmentents, ever. All workers are medicine hat citizens. But we can make anything happen and we will for you all. Thank you very much for all of your dedicated trust in us through the years!

A term that couldn’t be more true for something like your roof. We buy the best we can find for products. But at an average Alberta wide price range is what we do. Financing? No problem. 15-20 years of cheap monthly payment options. You’ve got upgrades available to chose from. Upgrading could up your payments by only 5-30 bucks a month. lower your utility bills and increase the life of your shingles! And oh boy is it worth it for some of these upgrades! 12 year workmanship warranty for all work done by THC. ⬇️ (MATERIAL PRICES ARE ABOUT TO INCREASE SO ITS TIME TO GET IT DONE. Please call us if your roof is ready to be replaced now).

If selling your house we have a fully guaranteed transferable warranty on the product and the workmanship side to up your sales price especially if it’s done by a good standing company like us.

This is extremely important for you: when you hire us we don’t hand off of your job to another roofing company that you wouldn’t want on your roof anyways without telling you. Then pay them dirt cheap to make a buck off of them doing your roof as fast as they can to not lose money themselves. That you hired us to specifically do . Quality control goes totally out the window for those ones waaaay too much of the time. As some people have said “Pure chaos.” Then the roofing contractor you hired for example, gives you a small 5-10 year workmanship warranty and then gives the other company the warranty for your house (people that you haven’t even met),
As they sign contracts between each-other for so it’s legally binding to a company you don’t even know about or want? Ya it’s hard to read because it’s so ridiculous. So it’s all just crazy to us! Wow. Be vigilant about that. Our roofers are OUR ROOFERS. The way it should be. Highly trained to the THC standard. We hire Medicine Hat workers. We don’t hire anyone other than who is the most qualified for the position. We stand firm on that. Sober on the job. Hard working individuals that worked their way up the ladder to the top. That’s who we hire and that’s who either stays or goes.

We thank all the companies that charge correctly for roofing. That do it themselves or with their in house workers. You are doing Medicine Hat a favor. We are happy to see you do so along with us. The issue is the lying of claiming to you they are in house workers. It is prevalent. Seasoned vets know what I’m talking about!

But a roof done right keeps your products and more importantly home safe for decades! As the years pass we will all buy new tv’s, cars, and of course eventually robots…..with a nice warranty. But what you get at a bargain store just isn’t the same as what you can get for longevity at the “you get what your pay for.” reliable stores that offers those quality products with good warranties. Roofing is the exact same concept!

Don’t risk it all with a fast email quote given to you with a satellite image or totally unqualified quote inspector that could end up with you in mental and financial turmoil. The company you hire? Should be the company that installs, maintains constant contact with you before, during, and after the job. And without phone call dodging if disaster hits, or even worse, no call back at all if a disaster hits! Just want to remind everyone again “you get what you pay for.” It may be the most important thing when it comes to your houses life. But it also shows the good from the bad when having to chose from super cheap to correct pricing. Please Google “Alberta per square foot average price”. That’s a great way to know if a company is just bidding to low for it to make sense with labor and product materials.

With THC we give you what you pay us for by satisfying your expectations! Friendly service. High end install. High end products. At an Alberta wide average price. The roof slope amount of your roof determines changes to that price average. The steeper? The more it costs. This city sure charges cheap! I know why too. (Cheap materials and bogus warranties and hiring hungry small companies to do the work most of the time).

But I know right now many companies are low bidding just to get work as the year is just starting and they need money. We aren’t going to reduce ourselves to that price gouging and buy fake reviews and post fake bad reviews to others. That’s a serious ethical issue. We will tell the truth though! Holding our position has helped hundreds per year. As the years passes the prices for quotes from companies will increase. It’s predictable every year. Everywhere but here in most other cities? Roofing costs 1/4 to 1/3 more on average! In one city that’s smaller by 15,000 people roughly the price is 1/2 more. But focusing here-Paying for the cheapest one simply is not the same as paying for one that charges correctly and doesn’t need to speed through the install to end up with a profit. Speed kills. If it’s too fast and careless. We’ve got phones full of thousands of disturbing pictures. Our own roof that we moved in had horrific installs when we went up
there to look! We even detail things out with you for hours if that’s what you want. I know most people don’t see what we do behind the scenes. But we are even many times quietly working on your project going past midnight! That’s a normal day and evening for us.

But remember for your roof……. “you get what you pay for.” We consider ourselves among the safest for the region to use. Of course we want your business! But we value that business you give us. Not just another tick off the box when complete. Not break the workers backs to make them and me a dollar. We value the communication to. It can be about anything in life and I myself enjoy that! Love meeting the people in this city!

We are trying to work through all the high volume calls. If it goes to voicemail the voicemail answering message gives very detailed instructions and information that you can talk about when on the recording. It writes your words down as a text that goes to our phones. It speeds the process up dramatically! We want you to be descriptive and we want to get one of our inspectors on your roof to see the full scope of work and issues to resolve ASAP.

Hello it’s Nathan here! 888-580-2524. It’s just about that time to take a look at your roof now that finally the snow has ended 🙏. I hope everyone drives safe with the slush and freezing roads! 🚘 🥶 💧 We also specialize in masonry stone whether it be inside your house for that beautiful fireplace or around that big screen TV! We are sad to hear about these tons of calls of roofs from 5-17 years old right now with leaks since this snow melting. You may not be able to see the problem, but it exists. Hiring the right company is essential to your future 💯 %.
The roof melt is causing a lot of issues in town with the weathered and curled up shingles that are losing 50% of their granules. No underlayment is usually on the roofs under the shingles that you need. You may be shocked if you check your eavestroughs with shingle granule loss😬.
We know a new roof can be upsetting to have to get. That’s why we are here to help you through the process and make it as convenient as possible for you. BUT most of the time when the job is finished customers love the new sharp look of their house with the beautiful “Owens Corning” brand shingles that we are verified and preferred for. (check their website).
As per usual we have some great things to offer our customers and on top of that they get very high end installations. No cutting corners here! With us you can sleep comfortably at night during 100 plus kilometer winds with rain and (knock on wood) hail. Got questions? We love to answer them. Had your house done but it’s having issues? OC is fantastic and roofers all over North America stand by it! They are a company that truly cares about their manufacturing. No gimmicks like some that say “You can get a 50-75 year extended warranty if you pay a hundred and some dollars!” Owens corning has a realistic warranty. Let’s say there was an issue with them? They would fix it. They reach out to us consistently and always mark down if we have anything to say about the materials. Incredibly proffesional and helpful. They stand by their word. We stand by them. They are great people too! We value their friendship greatly ❤️. I’m not sure if I’m aloud to name our local supplier but wow….. top notch.
- drug and alcohol free zone. It’s sad that’s an extreme issue within roofing. If there is any complaints of that with workers we take it extremely seriously. Job loss seriously. Safety for our dedicated workers and customers is essential. If you are looking to work here I want that known. No tolerance for any substances at work under provincial construction laws.
- customer service….. a forgotten art. Now that it’s that time of year as we are now getting organized and warming the nail guns up, we want you to feel good with choosing us. We get a lot of calls.
