Do you have a smaller kitchen but an empty wall space to add another service area? This accent cabinetry serves as a drop zone space, a bar, and extra storage for this kitchen... a perfect spot for a bar fridge, recyclables and vacuum storage… and check out the hidden room behind the cabinets under the stairwell! A great way to utilize that dead space - the back of the tall cabinet is actually a door 🙂 We used a beautiful black granite remnant countertop and some live edge floating shelves along with the fun green cabinets!

A small kitchen doesn't have to feel tight! Almost the same footprint, but we moved things around a little for a more spacious workspace feel, and EVERY inch was used for all potential & accessible storage capacity which made for a much more functional kitchen for this lovely couple. Beautiful custom cabinetry and smart design :)

An unfortunate dishwasher leak lead to this total kitchen renovation. Black and white beauty! So much brighter and better, and how about that HUUUGE island?!! 😲 Also some patching and a refinish of the beautiful mahogany hardwood floors, new tile look vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, and a bit of a fireplace & living room makeover. Last fall we completed a linked large garage addition to an existing new modular home out on an acreage. We also added two decks, one covered, which required tying into the existing roof. This project took some engineering, drafting and careful ex*****on but the results were beautiful and seamless. We are now back this spring to complete the garage cabinetry and final yard finish.
