Hello everyone,

As the gardening season wraps up, we are preparing to hold our annual general meeting. Please join us on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at the Merritt Library (Meeting Room 2).

Please let me know if you have any agenda items you'd like to bring up for discussion. There will also be an opportunity to add agenda items at the start of the meeting. Thank you and hope to see you there

It was a successful table, talked with lots of people and the rain held off !
Hopefully we’ll get some late hot weather now to ripen off all the rest of our garden veggies !

This is just some of the freshly picked produce that the Nicola Valley Community Gardens will have to offer. We’ll also have dried herbs, fresh herbs and beautiful herb wreaths, also Basil and Rosemary salts !!

Just dropped off this harvest to the Community Cooler which is in the back room of the Lemonade Stand on Quillchena.
Carrots, beans and chard picked fresh from the Community Gardens behind the hospital.
There are also some donated eggs in the fridge from a generous supporter.
Take what you need and donate what you can only if you’re able, there’s a donation jar in the fridge.
Enjoy !!

Our sweet potatoes are growing super well, looking forward for the harvest.
And also very excited to watch the growing process of our two peanut plants !!!!!
