Recent storms were enough to bring this large balsam fir down onto the side of this home.It serves as a reminder of how quickly weakened or compromised trees can become a risk.

This removal required careful planning and the use of a crane to safely remove the tree from the structure without causing further damage.

Storm damage and overgrown trees were taking over this pond area, so today we cleaned it up by removing bent over and downed trees to open everything back up safely and improve the look of the property. 🌲💪

Two problems handled in one visit 🌲🪵

This property had a large dead pine tree that needed to come down before it became a bigger risk — and while we were there, we also pruned an oak tree to improve its health and structure.

The pine was completely dead and starting to break down internally. Trees like that don’t give much warning before they fail.

The oak, on the other hand, just needed the right care:
• Removed deadwood
• Cleaned up crossing limbs
• Improved overall structure

Now the property is not only safer — but looks a whole lot better too 👍

this tree looked healthy from the outside… but once we got into it, it was a different story

hidden decay like this is more common than people think — especially with trees close to homes, cottages, and high traffic areas

from the ground, everything can look fine… but internally the structure can be compromised, making it a serious risk

this job had very limited access and a lot of obstacles to work around including nearby structures, landscaping, and the shoreline. because of the tight space, a crane was the safest and most efficient way to remove the tree without causing damage to the property.

we carefully planned each pick and removed the tree in controlled sections to keep the job site safe and clean.

✅ safe removal in tight or hard-to-reach areas
✅ protects lawns, gardens, and buildings
✅ ideal for large or hazardous trees near water
✅ faster and more controlled than traditional methods
