• December 22, 23 - Open, 6AM-4PM
• December 24, 25, 26 - Office Closure *Emergency Service Available*
• December 29, 30 - Open, 6AM-4PM
• December 31 & January 1, 2 - Office Closure *Emergency Service Available*

While our office will be closed on select days, our Emergency Services team remains available throughout the holidays for urgent roofing matters.

Our detailed photo reports go beyond just showing the finished product—they give you a full picture of the work done, including critical areas you can’t see from the ground. 🔎📑

In roofing, where much of the work happens in inaccessible spaces at high heights, these reports provide assurance that everything is completed as promised.

With clear before-and-after images and easy-to-understand descriptions, property managers can confidently translate technical details to boards and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. 👷🤝👨‍💼

The first photo shows the before-and-after of a metal flashing replacement, but it only tells part of the story.

The second image goes deeper, revealing the hidden damage beneath the metal—like rotted plywood that needed removal, structural reinforcement, waterproofing, and prep work.
