We are a dynamic company with more than 30 years experience in the industry. Landscape Transformations is looking to hire full-time employees for year-round work
We are looking to hire Skilled Labours for all types of work, including post hole digging, excavation, interlocking, pavers, concrete work, waterproofing and more. Must have general carpentry skills. A general labourer works within a team environment comprised of many other construction workers and contractors when they are employed by our company and will be travelling to various sites to complete their job tasks.
The Candidate should display strong leadership, pride in their work, and take initiative in the field or shop.

Qualifications
• Sound knowledge about the field of work
• Sound knowledge about the procedures for application of tenders
• Ability to adhere to instructions and fulfill the work as per specifications of the client
• Excellent business acumen
• Good communication skills
• Must be organized in work
• Ability to comprehensively review work and ensure that all aspects of it are proceeding in the right direction
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick solutions to unexpected problems
• Excellent carpentry experience
• Minimum 5+ years in residential construction
• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have own tools
