Condominium building constructed between 1994 and 2007 likely have Kitec plumbing systems installed in their residential units. However due to many incidents and failures it revealed that Kitec pipes are defective. This can cause huge damage to your condo building and insurance will not cover it since you are using defective pipes. The Kitec pipes can cause huge leaks, or it can burst. CDC is a proud certified installer of Unilux. Our team at Clark is currently replacing the main heating headers supply and return, we are also replacing the fan coil piping supply return and condensation. Finally, we are replacing all fan coil units.

Our Licensed plumbing team and finishing team are replacing the Kitec pipes with pipes in each unit. We are cutting drywall, replacing pipes with Uponor pipes and putting back everything to original condition!
