Two customers, widowed senior ladies who are best friends & neighbors, we've worked at their homes, multiple simple repairs. Don has told them both when they have any concern to call, sadly the 1 lady lost her husband a year ago, Don knew him well, she doesn't have any children or other family to visit or assist her.
Go the extra, spend time, sometimes if he's in their area he will call and stop in to say hi and have a coffee.
Silvia just last week had a problem with a window company and thought it was going to be a fight to have the company replace a bay window, and could Don be there in case there was a problem. Turns out that wasn't necessary as they're replacing the window at no cost.
She gets things done 👊
Maybe you have neighbors that are living alone, a 15 minute chat on occasion would be so appreciative.
Some small jobs for both is next week. I'll be sending a plant or flowers with Don for both of them next week, why?
Why not?
Treat people well and lend your time to seniors or anyone else who could use it because 24 hours in a day alone is a long day, week, month......
