A few progress pictures of some of our current projects. Common theme this year is expanding the footprint of the home with one project maximizing square footage with a full second story addition and the other going for soaring rooflines and utilizing the space above an existing garage.

Thanks to for the work thus far. Let's keep the train rolling through the summer.

P.S. waiting for one of my sons to be old enough so he can take over my social media account and maybe we can actually do better than 1 post a year.

Full bungalow reno completed just before Christmas. Structural walls removed with beams put in to create open living space in kitchen, living room and bedroom. Shower added in principle bedroom with both baths getting a full redo. New hardwood, doors and trim installed as well as all exterior doors and windows. New kitchen cabinets, appliances and counters installed to give this home a fresh new look. A total team effort on this one and a great product as a result.

Sometimes us contractors make a bit of time for personal projects. Here's a bathroom reno I did a while ago at my house. Reused a 1936 clawfoot tub I salvaged from another job along with a new double vanity for the boys. They seem to approve but they haven't paid their bill yet!

Just finished a nice fireplace surround with custom cabinetry this week. The white oak strips look great accented by the puck lights in the floating shelves. The Regency gas insert promises to bring lots of warmth for the upcoming winter season. Kudos to for the painting, for the electrical and for the tile. Yet again a total team effort. Check out the before pic to see the transformation.

A long overdue post showcasing a job we completed in early Spring for wonderful clients. They had a vision of a total open concept on the first floor which we were able to achieve with multiple flush beams both steel and engineered wood. A total rewire of the house was done to remove the k**b and tube as well as relocation of the ductwork into bulks on the exterior walls. A powder room was added on the first floor with a complete bathroom remodel on the 2nd. Brand new Ikea kitchen with a grand island went in as well as new wide plank hardwood throughout. I can't thank my team and fellow trades enough for all the hard work to meet the very tight deadline. A fantastic group effort all around. Scroll to the end for the before pictures.

Did some welding today on our downtown project repurposing the existing railings to work with the deck addition we built. Always a plus when we can reuse materials. Glass panels will be reinstalled between the posts.
