Started this basement last Thursday. Framing done ✅ Electrical rough being finished today ✅ Plumbing rough in on Thursday ✅. Do you have wood siding and rotted boards that need replaced? Don’t let it go on for too long or it may cause major issues.

In this case we removed the existing siding, removed the rotted sheathing and replaced the step fleshing on the roof line with a water diversion system that allows the water to flow into the gutter.

We then milled down rough cut lumber to match the profile of the old siding and tied everything in nicely. With a fresh coat of paint it’ll look like it was store bought.
