Starting this coming week there will be another female student joining us for her work term from NBCC !

Melissa from Barbed Wire Electric LTD. And I have been brain storming ideas on how to collaborate more often so we can bring more ladies in .

The only way for these ladies to gain experience is by getting their hands dirty and being exposed to as many different things and tasks as Humanly possible .

If you’re a builder and looking to support females in the workplace we’d love to sit and chat on how we could help you help us ladies bring more females into the trades !

Having a builder would allow us to plan for future students bc we like a small ratio for best teaching and learning opportunities.

We are looking to
Build a solid foundation and bring the right people and skills into our community!

With having new students on board please remember we all start from scratch and if you have questions to ask Melissa or I bc the students do not have the answers,
