📋 What You'll Do:
• Assist Driveway Quoting & Estimating: Visit job sites, measure dimensions, assess site conditions, and provide accurate cost estimates for asphalt and civil projects.
• Material Takeoffs: Read construction drawings and blueprints to perform precise material and labor takeoffs.
• Project Coordination: Assist in scheduling crews, ordering materials, and tracking project timelines from start to finish.
• Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for residential and commercial clients, explaining quotes and ensuring total satisfaction.

💪 What We're Looking For:
• Industry Knowledge: Basic experience or strong foundational knowledge in asphalt paving and general civil construction.
• Tech & Math Savvy: Comfort performing mathematical takeoffs and using estimation software (or a strong willingness to learn fast).
• Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and confident when speaking with clients and field crews.
• Organization: Ability to juggle multiple quotes and project files without losing track of the details.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for traveling to local site visits and quotes.

A few extra minutes in traffic may feel frustrating, but for our crews, one distracted driver can change everything.

⚠️ Please remember when approaching a work zone:

Slow down and obey posted speed limits
Watch for flaggers and equipment operators
Put the phone away
Leave extra space between vehicles
Be patient — delays are temporary
Respect the workers protecting your roads
