Moncton Ladder-Up Program

Moncton Ladder-Up Program “Ladder Up” is designed to provide soft skills and trades training that enables our youth to achieve their highest potential in our society.

We are putting on this program for students and youth at risk from ages 12-18, and giving them a hands-on, practical training program. Our goal is to get these students back on a path where a career will be gained through hands-on training, and hard-work that will lead to post-secondary education, apprenticeships, or employment. Our courses include:

It must be remembered that the Ladder-Up courses are designed to help students understand the importance that completing their education is crucial, especially when they choose to take a trade program through a post-secondary college.
