Spray Foam Helper

Pay Rates
Min Wage – 20 / hour depending on experience

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spray Foam Helper at Acadian spray foam located in Moncton NB. Must also be able to work in Halifax NS. As a Spray Foam Helper, your responsibilities will include assisting with spray foam installation and assisting with job site preparation and cleanup. You will also operate equipment and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• No previous experience is required, but construction knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating equipment.
• Fall Protection, First Aid, and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification is an asset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset.
• Fall Protection, First Aid, and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification are an asset.

$18 – $30 / hour depending on experience

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spray applicator at Acadian spray foam located in Moncton, NB. Must also be able to work in Halifax NS. The role requires the Candidate to be responsible for preparing and spray-insulating residential and commercial building projects. Ensuring safety measures, maintaining equipment and site cleanliness to meet safety standards, and assisting team members with related tasks as per project requirements.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Spray Foam applicator 1 Year minimum
• Understanding of insulation, air barriers, and spray foam application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety measures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet project timelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong physical ability to handle necessary job functions such as lifting equipment and materials.
• Fall Protection, First Aid, and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification are an asset.
