Position Overview: As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will also be tasked with accurately estimating project costs and providing competitive bids to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information necessary for accurate cost estimation.
• Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes in project scope.

Qualifications:
• 2years of experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good Robot would like to take today to thank every Good Robot employee (Past and present)(Not you, Ken). You (robots) have shown dedication to making Good Robot the fun, friendly, bold, calculated, caring, inclusive and quirky place it is today.

Where did Good Robot come from? It all began with a love for beer, a desire for camaraderie, two employees, a make-shift retail space and a stand at the market. In 2016 we christened the taproom and the GastroTurf, welcoming anyone and everyone to come in and celebrate beer and friendship. In 2018 the co founders were kicked out of their squalid apartment above the brewery to make way for the MouseTrap Lounge; a new, more mature space that could be used for stand-up comedy, movie screenings and music as well as an intimate space for first dates, staff xmas parties or just peacefully brooding over a glass of stout. Then in 2020 came the canning line and in 2022, the giant robot beverage factory and beer garden in Elmsdale. We’ve got a big not-so-secret plan for you this summer too. We can’t wait to share it with you! Good Robot continues to grow and we have all grown with it.

This journey has been hard and we’ve made many mistakes along the way and learned from every disaster we’ve created for ourselves. (Seriously, if humility was a muscle, we’d be swol!) We could have never grown or learned as much as we have without our valuable staff and everything they bring to the table.

So thank you to the contractors and designers that built our spaces (and made it look great), to the incredible brew team who works so hard brewing and packaging and controlling the quality of our delicious beer, to our business administrator who somehow keeps our books “balanced”, to the creative team that has given us our unique identity, to the marketing team that keeps the buzz alive, To the drivers and delivery dispatch people that bring Good Robot’s special style of service right to our customers’ doorsteps, to the managers behind the scenes and who run the floor and to all the beer-slinging hosts who are the real smiling face of Good Robot.
