New Project Completed!

This 40-foot modular unit was engineered to support advanced simulator training, with deployment planned across Angola, Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The unit features a dedicated technical room for compressors and electrical equipment, HVAC, rigid insulation, commercial vinyl flooring, spray urethane wall insulation, and fire-rated and sound-insulated partitions. The layout includes a dedicated simulator room and a classroom/debriefing area, providing a safe, durable, and turnkey training environment.

Built for mobility and reliable performance, this modular solution can be transported and deployed wherever training is needed.

We're proud to announce that Corner-Cast Inc. has been awarded First Place – Permanent Modular Office at the 2026 MBI Awards of Distinction!

This recognition marks our 7th MBI Award, a testament to our team's commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence in modular construction.

Our award-winning project is a 3,360 sq. ft., two-storey office built from 11 shipping containers, showcasing how innovative modular construction can deliver modern, sustainable, and functional workspaces.

Check out one of our most recent 53’ modified container projects for the water treatment industry.

The unit features fiberglass insulation with plywood finishing, a polyurea-coated floor for enhanced protection and long-term durability, 6 integrated drains, as well as a complete ventilation and air conditioning system to maintain optimal operating conditions. Additional features include a double door with dual exterior lights, an integrated louver system, and cable supports for tray lighting installation. All tailored to meet our client’s specific operational requirements.
