Rénovation complète d’une terrasse extérieure à Saint-Lambert, avec remplacement de l’ancien platelage par un nouveau revêtement en composite TimberTech, couleur Sea Salt Grey.

Après inspection, plusieurs problèmes structurels ont été constatés, nécessitant une reconstruction presque complète de la charpente en bois traité, ainsi que l’ajout de nouvelles fondations en béton sur sonotubes. Les travaux comprenaient également la reconstruction des marches en composite, la modification des garde-corps en aluminium noir et la conservation des panneaux d’intimité existants.

Une attention particulière a été portée aux détails de finition, notamment avec l’utilisation d’attaches dissimulées et de fixations assorties, afin d’obtenir un résultat propre et harmonieux.

Une terrasse entièrement remise à neuf, alliant solidité, durabilité et esthétique moderne, tout en conservant le caractère de l’aménagement d’origine.

Complete renovation of an outdoor deck in Saint-Lambert, replacing the existing decking with new TimberTech composite boards in Sea Salt Grey.

Following an inspection, several structural issues were discovered, requiring an almost complete reconstruction of the pressure-treated wood framing, along with the installation of new concrete footings. The project also included rebuilding the stairs with matching composite boards, modifying the black aluminum railings, and preserving the existing privacy panels.

Special attention was given to the finishing details, including hidden fasteners and color-matched screws, to achieve a clean and seamless appearance.

A completely renewed deck combining strength, durability, and modern aesthetics while preserving the character of the original outdoor space.

Remplacement complet d’une ancienne clôture en bois devenue instable par une nouvelle clôture en maille de chaîne noire de 6 pieds avec lattes d’intimité et portillon d’accès.

Malgré la présence de nombreuses pierres dans le sol, nécessitant un creusage manuel et l’utilisation d’un marteau-piqueur pour l’installation des poteaux, nous avons pu respecter l’alignement prévu et assurer une fondation solide pour l’ensemble de la structure.

Une membrane de désolidarisation a également été installée à proximité de la fondation afin de respecter les bonnes pratiques d’installation et d’assurer la durabilité de l’ouvrage.

Un résultat propre, durable et nécessitant très peu d’entretien, tout en offrant davantage d’intimité et de sécurité aux propriétaires.

Complete replacement of an aging and unstable wood fence with a new 6-foot black chain-link fence featuring privacy slats and an access gate.

Despite challenging ground conditions with a large amount of rock requiring manual excavation and the use of an electric jackhammer for the post installations, we were able to maintain the planned alignment and provide a solid foundation for the entire structure.

A separation membrane was also installed near the home's foundation to follow industry best practices and ensure long-term durability.

A clean, durable, and low-maintenance result that provides greater privacy and security for the homeowners.

Réfection complète de l’entrée principale et intégration d’une trappe d’accès au sous-sol directement dans le plancher. Le projet consistait à reprendre et compléter des travaux déjà amorcés après l’excavation du sous-sol, qui avait permis d’augmenter la hauteur et l’espace utilisable.
Nous avons modifié et renforcé la structure du plancher afin d’intégrer une porte métallique sur mesure, tout en assurant la solidité et la stabilité de l’ensemble. L’entrée et la cage d’escalier, endommagées lors des travaux précédents, ont également été entièrement remises en état avec la réfection des murs et plafonds.
Un résultat propre, solide et bien intégré, qui permet maintenant un accès discret et fonctionnel au sous-sol tout en redonnant un nouveau souffle à l’entrée de la maison.

Un projet rendu possible grâce à une belle collaboration avec .de.l.acier qui ont réalisé tout le système de fonctionnement de la trappe d'accès au sous-sol, toujours un plaisir de travailler avec des pros aussi passionnés 👌🏻

Complete renovation of the main entrance with the integration of a floor access hatch leading to the basement. The project involved completing and improving work that had already begun following the basement excavation, which increased ceiling height and usable space.
We modified and reinforced the floor structure to accommodate a custom metal access door, ensuring proper strength and stability. The entrance area and stairwell, which had been damaged during previous work, were also fully restored with new wall and ceiling finishes.
A clean, solid, and well-integrated result that now provides discreet and functional basement access while giving the home’s entrance a refreshed look.

A project made possible through a great collaboration with .de.l.acier who designed and built the entire trap door mechanism system, always a pleasure working with such passionate professionals 👌🏻

Installation de deux trappes d’accès au plafond dans une maison mobile pour permettre un accès permanent et sécuritaire à l’entre-toit. Les plafonds existants en gypse étant en bon état, l’objectif principal était de créer des ouvertures propres, solides et esthétiquement intégrées sans compromettre l’isolation thermique déjà en place.
Le travail a exigé une découpe précise du gypse, une gestion minutieuse de l’isolant soufflé (retrait temporaire, mise en sac puis réinstallation), ainsi que l’ajout d’un encadrement structurel en bois renforcé entre les fermes. Les trappes isolées ont ensuite été positionnées de façon stratégique et finitionnées avec moulures sur mesure et joint au latex pour minimiser les pertes d’air.
Un résultat propre, discret et parfaitement intégré au plafond existant, offrant désormais un accès fonctionnel à l’entre-toit en toute sécurité.

Installed two ceiling access hatches in a mobile home to provide permanent, safe access to the attic space. Since the existing gypsum ceilings were in good condition, the goal was to create clean, sturdy openings that blend visually without compromising the thermal insulation already in place.
The work required precise gypsum cutting, careful handling of blown-in insulation (temporary removal, bagging, then reinstalling), and the addition of a reinforced wood structural frame between the roof trusses. Pre-insulated access hatches were strategically positioned and finished with custom trim and latex caulking to reduce air leakage.
A clean, discreet, and well-integrated result that now provides functional attic access with safety and ease.
