- Answer & Direct calls / Répondre et diriger les appels

- Provide general office support / Fournir un soutien général au bureau

- Data entry & Bookkeeping / Saisie de données et comptabilité

- Place & track orders / Passer et suivre les commandes

- Assist in the preparation of reports / Contribuer à la préparation des rapports

- Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) / Connaissance de Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Attention to detail / Le souci du détail

- Ability to multi-task / Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois

Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $37,000.00-$41,600.00 per year
