NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS

Outbuilt Construction Inc. is looking for experienced construction labourers to join our growing team serving Eastern Ontario.

Requirements

✔ Previous construction experience required
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding work
✔ Experience with framing, siding, roofing, concrete, excavation, or general carpentry is an asset
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Responsibilities
Site preparation and cleanup
Material handling and delivery assistance
Assisting carpenters and equipment operators
Framing and general construction work
Safe operation of hand and power tools
Maintaining a clean and organized job site

✔ Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a crew
✔ Experience with framing, siding, decks, renovations, and general construction
✔ Ability to read plans and layouts considered an asset
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔ Positive attitude and dependable attendance

SITE SUPERVISOR
Outbuilt Construction Inc.
North Stormont
Outbuilt Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising residential and light commercial construction projects while actively working alongside the crew.
Previous site supervisory experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction operations on active job sites
• Lead crews and coordinate subcontractors
• Work alongside employees and trades as required
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building code requirements
• Maintain project schedules and keep projects on track
• Manage site safety and job site organization
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and company management
• Resolve job site issues efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Proven site supervisory experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain productivity
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation
$35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Important
This is not a sit-in-the-truck supervisor position. The successful applicant will be expected to actively work alongside the crew while managing the project.
