We are growing! Drouin Property Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Crew Member to join our team. As a crew member you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscaping and property maintenance.
Job Type: Seasonal - Part or Full Time
Pay: 18-22$ per hour
Expected hours: Daytime - Monday to Friday and Weekends as needed
Location: Russell, Embrun and Marionville area
Mandatory Requirements:
⁃ Valid Drivers Licence (G2 or G)
⁃ Transportation to and from work site (Newington or Embrun, ON)
⁃ Must be reliable, physically fit, and able to work long hours outside in all weather conditions.
⁃ Able to lift 50lbs or more.
Job duties include:
⁃ Maintaining landscapes by mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
⁃ Operating power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
⁃ Other duties as assigned by Crew Lead
Skills:
⁃ Previous Landscaping & Lawn Care Experience is an asset but not required.
⁃ Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
⁃ Knowledge and the physical ability to use all types of landscape tools required for landscape maintenance such as commercial mowers (Zero Turn), hedge trimmers, blowers and other equipment and tools, as required.
⁃ Excellent work ethic, professional and presentable at all times
⁃ Excellent communication skills
⁃ Proven time management and organization skills
⁃ Team player
What we offer:

⁃ Most weekends off (weather dependent)
⁃ 4 days on, 3 days off
