LABOURER

Penna’s Welding LTD provides quality underground construction services to utility companies as a highly recognized company, we specialize in a full range of construction and maintenance services for the Natural Gas Distribution. We are proud to be a leader in health and safety, national COR standards and are committed to the safety of our employees, partners and community.
Penna’s Welding is currently seeking Labourers to join our team to work in Regina and Saskatoon areas to provide critical support performing manual labour working on underground natural gas distribution projects.
Experience:
• 1+ years’ of Labourer experience
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, training, and professional development
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License plus a clean driver’s abstract – 1A will be given preference
• Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
• Effective verbal communication and service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong work ethic with effective decision making skills
• A willingness to travel to other operational areas as required
• Experience working around live underground utilities an asset
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen test
• Benefit and Pension Plans
• Wages negotiable based on experience

BACKHOE OPERATORS/MINI EXCAVATOR OPERATORS

Penna’s Welding is currently seeking Backhoe operators/Mini Excavator operators to join our team to work in Regina SK and Saskatoon SK areas to provide critical support performing manual labour working on underground natural gas distribution projects.
Experience:
1+ years’ of Labourer experience
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, training, and professional development

We have made a decision to no longer do Covid testing. We have enough tests for the people that have already booked into April and are now all out of the Rapid Antigen tests. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you to all our customers who have supported us throughout this whole process.
