This week, our team is in Gander for Central MinEx 2026, connecting with the people driving Newfoundland and Labrador’s mining industry forward.

Since 1948, Lockes has been part of that story. Supporting the development, expansion, and modernization of mining operations across the province with power infrastructure, civil work, and testing services that keep projects running safely, reliably, and on schedule, even in remote and challenging conditions.
