🏡 Reno on 4th is nearly wrapped up! 👌

✔️ Multiple layers of old siding & stucco removed
✔️ Brand new Hardie siding installed
✔️ New vinyl deck complete
✔️ Fresh soffits throughout

Big transformation! 🔥

We removed an old, aging two storey fireplace on our Westwood project and replaced it with new modern Valor gas units and a solid stone hearth from K2 stone

The result is a cleaner, more modern design with efficient heating and a beautiful focal point on both levels.

This home received a full exterior renovation that not only refreshed its appearance but upgraded the entire property for years to come.

✔️ Full perimeter drainage system
✔️ Electrical relocation and upgrade
✔️ Complete Poly-B plumbing replacement
✔️ Removal of a two-storey chimney
✔️ 3,200 sq. ft. custom two-tone concrete driveway and entry
✔️ Upgraded heat pump
✔️ New gas fireplaces on each floor
✔️ Fresh paint throughout

From essential infrastructure upgrades to the finishing details, this project was all about improving durability, functionality, and curb appeal. Big thanks to the clients and everyone involved.

Midway through our Westwood Lake renovation and things are taking shape.

This project is getting a full exterior and interior refresh, replacing the weathered exterior with new James Hardie siding, a complete upgrade from Poly B to modern plumbing, a redesigned driveway layout for better flow and function, brand new perimeter drains to protect the home for years to come and many more upgrades.

A lot happening behind the scenes on this one. Looking forward to bringing it all together.
