Midway through our Westwood Lake renovation and things are taking shape.

This project is getting a full exterior and interior refresh, replacing the weathered exterior with new James Hardie siding, a complete upgrade from Poly B to modern plumbing, a redesigned driveway layout for better flow and function, brand new perimeter drains to protect the home for years to come and many more upgrades.

A lot happening behind the scenes on this one. Looking forward to bringing it all together.

That’s a wrap on our custom Nexcem ICF build on Gabriola Island 👊

From navigating the long, winding driveway to being one of the first in BC to build with Nexcem ICF right to the roof, this project challenged us from the start—and we loved every part of it. The unique shape, and funky color scheme made it that much more fun. Huge thanks to everyone involved in making this one happen. Solid teamwork all around.

Final touch on the Westwood lake Reno. We swapped out old, non functional french doors, for these classy soft closing pocket doors. Not having the old swinging doors allows for more usable space in the living room.

New year, same hustle!

Two of our big projects are underway with hardie siding.

Crews are busy at our Sebastion renovation project which is getting wrapped with Iron Grey James Hardie, corrugated metal coming soon on the bump outs and metal trims.

Our Gabriola island ICF project is getting wrapped in Tricorn Black Allura siding and metal trims. Check those red doors!

Gabriola Island Project Update 🌿

Drywall is wrapped up and the crew at VI stucco is done the interior plastered Nexcem walls and they are looking awesome. Check that curved roof! This project has been a challenge with the Nexcem ICF, and the barrel roof but we’re making good progress.

We start the black Allura siding next week, which will really bring this project together.

We just wrapped up replacing the old vinyl siding with new Hardie siding — giving this home a bold, modern look with tons of curb appeal. The hardie shake accents tie it all together perfectly.

Always great seeing the transformation when quality materials meet good craftsmanship.
