I phoned this company for a quote and he was here the first day. I phoned other companies but nobody returned calls for a quote. Erickson roofing came out for a quote, after weeks of pestering them for the quote amount that they assured me would be sent via email, 1 month later still haven't received a call or email. Best on top staff were amazing! Staff came by on the Saturday, knock on my door to say they were getting supplies and would be back in an hour or so. The young men, Daniel and Jazz, were so courteous, respectful and did an awesome job on my roof. They weren't the typical trades that come with a blasting radio, foul language, and cigarette hanging from their mouth. I was truly impress on how professional these guys were, and the great job on the roof! A big thank you for a job well done, and a big thank you to the owner for hiring great workers! To anyone wanting their roof done, this is the company to call!

Roof looks Great!!! Crew was Awesome Very happy with the looks and workmanship of this job, however…….. after the crew had finished I found a gutter section the guys had missed cleaning up. Phoned Dennis he had the guys come by that day. Dennis also said he would drop by himself in a couple of days. Dennis showed up and asked if everything was good now. He left us with a little something for our inconvenience. Well done Sir. Best on Top is by far “BEST” on Top!!

I could not be more impressed with Dan and his company. I was in contact with two of his foremen Derek and Mike both are exceptionally competent along with the installation crews. In my case the color of shingle I chose was not available in my area so Dan had them shipped in, unfortunately they were an older series which Dan had not been informed of. Part of my roof was removed and underlay and some shingles installed before it became evident that the shingles were not up to current standards. After a short discussion with Dan he actually insisted on having the shingles and underlay that had been installed removed at his expense. I chose a similar colour shingle which was supplied in the latest series and the crew did all the extra work including carrying the new shingles manually up to the roof without the slightest complaint. Another aspect I like about Best on Top is when you call their number Dan answers immediately and takes appropriate action right away. I would not hesitate in recommending Best on Top, Dan and his crews.

This is the second review I have written about this company today and they have only gotten half our roof done. To say these guys are amazing is an understatement. I used to work in construction, so I have seen the aftermath of roofers on yards. Not this crew, my mother has a beautiful garden in our backyard and the crew are very respectful of it, not 1 scrap or nail and zero damage to any flowers or plants. They are very friendly, respectful, work fast and efficiently. The quote they gave me was fair and they also gave my mother a seniors discount with very affordable financing. Best call I ever made! Dan had an estimate to me and financing set up for me almost instantly. He also suggested a color change in shingles, which compliments our house color and looks fantastic! I can't praise this company enough and would highly recommend Best on Top to anyone looking for any roof work done.

Last year we called around and received quotes from three roofing companies but decided not to move forward. This year we returned to those companies for a requote, but none of them called back. Then we called Best on Top Roofing. The response was immediate. Three week later we had their crew on our roof not only replacing our shingles, but repaired/replaced our sheathing due to years of leaking. The crew had many, many years of experience and did what needed to be done to make it a great install. We even had our shed redone to match the roof. The final bill was as proposed. No "didn't you know" add-ons. Great job guys.,

I would highly recommend Dan and his professional Team! Dan came over to give an estimate and was timely, personable and concise about the cost of replacing the roof - even got our little shed spruced up after they pulled off 4 layers of shingles that were not ever installed properly. Dan recommend new gutters when we asked about them and it just looks so much better as they were very old and really showing signs of wear. It all went as planned - a very polite crew came and went to work - I could hear some laughter and they helped each other with 2 skylights being lifted off and new ones put back on. They look so amazing! It gave this old mobile home a nice upgrade - and the shingles come with a warranty as well. We are so pleased and have already had our neighbors admiring the work :) Thank you Dan and your great Team for making this seamless and so worthwhile! Sincerely, Eleanor & Wayne

Recently re-roofed our house. Although their quote was not the lowest, the warranties, that were offered, was better than the others. Steve did not try to bid lower just to get the job. Very confident about the quality and workmanship that the company does. Great Job.
