Laundry to Full Bath for client’s rentable suite
It always starts with a plan and there are always dirty bits in between

They are now ready to roast some Marshmallows!

I let nature tell us how this space should take shape.

We cleaned the rock face, felt out the curve, minded the usage and went with the flow, then nature’s own language of 1,1,3,5,8,13… (Fibonacci) did the rest.

Bill did all the heavy lifting with the assistance of Carter as we poured this all with our trusty mixer to overcome the challenges of the site. I had the easy part with my hand on the screed and trowels.

“Swoop” walkway done in smooth California style finish with the inner pad finished in exposed aggregate to complement the surrounding pea gravel that we placed.

In the spring we will cut 2 more control joints at the 5’ and 8’ marks also will finish off the concrete with an acid wash and sealer. (You gotta wait 30days to cure and good weather before you put sealers)

Mother Nature spoke…how did this couple of dudes do in listening?
